How long is Directive 8020?
A single blind playthrough is roughly 8-10 hours. The platinum/100% takes about 18-22 hours (two playthroughs + chapter-select cleanup).
Is there multiplayer / co-op?
Yes — three ways: Movie Night (pass-the-pad, up to 5 players), Shared Story (online co-op, 2 players) and the solo campaign. Each mode has its own trophy.
What are Turning Points?
The rewind system: open the menu and rewind a decision to branch the story from that point. It makes multiple endings and missed collectibles recoverable without a full restart. Explorer mode gives more generous availability.
Is it on all platforms?
PC (Steam), PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, released 2026-05-12. Supports 12 languages including English and Simplified Chinese.

Can you save everyone?
Yes. All five playable characters can survive into the finale. The route needs +1 trust with each by Ep 7, success on every lethal QTE in Ep 4-5, and 'Reveal' as the final choice. Full route: Save Everyone.
How many endings are there?
Effectively 8-10 endings (plus variants): the True Ending (Humanitarian), Scientist, Homeward Bound, Hitchhiker, Docked, Beacon, Forever and Ever, and Game Over, with variants like Homeward Bound / Massacre. See All Endings.
What is Cycle 13?
The game's central twist: the mimic lifecycle tied to the clone program aboard the Cassiopeia. Understanding it is the key to the Episode 7 confrontation and the True Ending.
